It is a water based printing base that has high color and soft touching effect used by discharging the color of the dischargeable fabric in textile printing. It can be used as a transparent or can be colored with Nanoflex pigments.

• Nanoflex EP 10 Clear has high wash resistance.
• Nanoflex EP 10 Clear should be used with 5% Nanoflex Activator. Suitable to ecological standards due to formaldehyde free.
• It provides vivid colors and soft-handfeel effects.
It is fixed at (320°F /160°C) for 2 minutes.
Applications
• Nanoflex EP 10 Clear is used to make discharge prints without formaldehyde.
Usage
• It provides to print with the silk-screen that are made between 43-62 mesh.
• It can be mixed with Nanoflex EP 20 in any ratio.
• 50 – 60 Shore U type dr. blade should be used.
